Red-Tip Photinia

This bush has been here for 10 years and 2009 is the first time it turned a blazing red.

April 17, 2009:

After 12 years, the bush has bloomed for the first time. The odd thing is that it
is almost 2 years to the day of the picture above, but where are the red leaves? Update: As of 2016, it has never blossomed again.
